The Team

Nadine Johnson started practicing yoga to relax. While working 12 hour days and traveling over 100K miles per year, yoga helped her stay healthy and thrive in her creative career. She started teaching to help others find a healthy balance in life. She has always integrated her consistent practice of Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative Yoga in her teaching. Her love of circus training and Aerial Arts supports a strong and vibrant practice and safe teaching. She provides clear and concise direction to help take your practice to the next level. When she’s not traveling the world teaching workshops and retreats, you can find her in San Francisco, California.

Over the past 5 years Ash Rexford has done everything related to performing from the theater stage to festival grounds including choreography, design, costuming, make-up, direction, production, and everything in between. With a true passion for teaching Ash incorporates her experience as a sports massage therapist, dancer, contortionist, and clown into her instruction. While training with Ash you can expect to set SMART goals and create a clear training plan to meet them, as well as learn about your anatomy, how to use it in motion, and how to maintain safety and injury prevention.

Maia Adamss first relationship with movement started through gymnastics at the age of 7 and a variety of athletics from then on. Discovering the vast spectrum of different movement practices have been the key for her own balance and development throughout life. A Dedicated yogi for 10 years, she holds certification in vinyasa yoga and has trained aerial, contortion, acrobatics and hand balancing for the past 6 years in the Bay area with her focus on aerial silk performance. Maia is the owner of Aerial Artique, an aerial acrobatic studio located in San Francisco where she teaches and directs classes that run 7 days a week with a line-up of 12 different awesome teacher/performers to choose from.
