Your Trip Includes:

* Cuban visa processing and fee (There is an additional fee for Cuban born travelers).
* Ground transportation within Cuba, Vintage Air-conditioned automobiles.
* All accommodations while visiting Cuba (Private Bed & Breakfast air-conditioned rooms).
* Entrance fees when applicable.
* All restaurant gratuities are included.
* New Years Eve Celebration.

* Experienced tour guides (English, Spanish, Portuguese and French speaking are available).
* Included meals: Full breakfast made to order each morning, lunches, and dinners. 2 National Alcoholic Beverages with dinner included. Please advise us about any dietary restrictions or food allergies.

* Baggage fees are common upon check-in at the airport. These fees are the responsibility of the passenger.
* Fees for theatrical or live performances outside of our tour itinerary are the responsibility of the passenger.

Itinerary
DAY 1: Sunday, December 26th
HAVANA, CUBA - ARRIVAL TODAY (time pending flight schedules)
Arrive at Jose Marti Airport, Havana, Cuba. Hola, Cubita Linda.
After clearing customs and getting luggage we travel to the homes in order to get settled in, meet your hostesses before we begin our journey.
Lunch today is based on flight arrival times.
The next stop is the Hotel Nacional, a historical luxury hotel, circa 1930. There are terrific t views of Havana and El Malecon from the hotel. ** This is always a wonderful stop to enjoy a Welcome Cocktail and the live sounds of Cuban melodies**
Dinner is included.

DAY 2: Monday, December 27th
HAVANA, CUBA
Breakfast at your residence.
Today, we tour Havana’s Old Town (La Habana Vieja), which in 1982 was awarded UNESCO Heritage Site status. You will walk through squares surrounded by the impressive baroque and neoclassic-style buildings that have made Havana one of the most architecturally significant cities in the Americas. Along the way, we visit The Cathedral Square and tour the inside of one of the oldest Cathedrals in the Western Hemisphere. This stop is a favorite of all religious denominations because of the building’s history and beauty. Next, we travel down Obispo Street which is one of Havana’s most populous streets. For those who wish to shop, this route is lined with stores from Bernaza Street to Plaza de Armas.
***Mojitos at the well known Bodeguita Del Medio- frequently visited by Hemingway. This is a great music and cocktail stop this early afternoon (at guest expense)***

Tour of the Art Factory (Fabrica de Arte)- a two story restored warehouse with collection of Cuban art, along with fantastic National cocktails and live music.
Dinner is included
Return to Art Factory for music and dancing.
DAY 3: Tuesday, December 28th
HAVANA- CIENFUEGOS - TRINIDAD, CUBA
Breakfast at your residence
Arrival into the beautiful city of Cienfuegos, mid-morning. Known for its colonial-era buildings and immaculately clean streets. We stop here to enjoy a fun lunch on the way to Trinidad
Lunch is Included
This afternoon drive takes us to Trinidad the colonial city which is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Check into the homes
Casual walk in the upper side of the city, beautiful Central Park with music stops along the town.

Salsa lessons
Music opportunities this evening. Rumba drums with African rhythms and dancing – Calle Echerri. Throughout the streets of Trinidad at night, you hear the sounds and steps of the locals as they enjoy the rhythms of the Afro-Cuban Music and Salsa. The steps at the Plaza Mayor is known for live music nightly and people watching.
DAY 4: Wednesday, December 29th
TRINIDAD, CUBA
Breakfast at your residence
This morning we explore (Plaza Mayor, Bell Tower at the Museum of the Struggle Against Bandits, Mayor Church) Plaza Mayor is the town’s center, surrounded by the Mayor Church (1892), the Cantero Sugar Palace, and the San Francisco Convent bell tower which now dominates the town. Along this tour we will see many beautiful works of street art and hear impressive music from nearly every corner in this vibrant colonial town.
* Afro-Cuban visit to Templo Llemaya to learn about the Santeria religion of Cuba. Because for years the church communities were not opened, the people of the country focused on the Santeria religion of a way to find hope.
Visit to the Palacio Cantero museum and tower to overlook the city of Trinidad in all its glory and learn about the influence of Sugar Cane on this region.

Salsa lessons again this afternoon in preparation for the New Years Eve Celebrations
Sit down and sharing of musical experiences with local musicians.
Dinner is Included
La Cueva – Underground Club in a natural cave system outside of Trinidad. This remarkable environment pulses with the sounds of Latin celebrities, current local and international artists.
DAY 5: Thursday, December 30th
TRINIDAD –HAVANA, CUBA
Breakfast at your residence and begin preparations for travel back to Havana.
Arrival to Havana right after lunch time.

This afternoon takes us to Fusterland home of artist Jose Fuster, that has created a colorful mosaic city that supports the community as a project to bring tourists to the area.
Meet up with local musician.
Settle into the homes in Havana, and preparations for evening activities.
Dinner is Included

DAY 6: Friday, December 31st New Years Eve
HAVANA-COJIMAR-HAVANA, CUBA
Breakfast at your residence
This morning we travel to the east side of Havana to the town of Cojimar, the small fishing village, that is best known for inspiring Ernest Hemingway’s The Old Man and the Sea is home to a wonderful culinary experience today.
The group will walk with the Restaurant staff to see the Ogranoponico farm location, where the Restaurant picks daily vegetables and spices for their meals. Along the way we will explore the little charming village, which remains intact to the time when Hemingway was a loved friend among the people.
Return to the Restaurant and the group will be interactive in both the kitchen and the cocktail scene to learn and create a very special Cuban dish. Enjoy the fruits of your labor at lunch today! Happy Cooking!
This afternoon is rest and relaxation in preparation for the New Year festivities.
Formal New Years Eve celebration tonight, with cocktails, dinner, music and entertainment, and celebratory souvenirs.
DAY 7: Saturday, January 1st - New Years Day
HAVANA, CUBA
Breakfast at your residence
Today the day is spent relaxing at a private club. At this exclusive Club, the guests can spend the day relaxing by the beach, enjoying National Cocktails and delicious lunch served beach-side. Pool, beach, snorkeling, gym and WIFI are all available for your enjoyment.

DAY 8: Sunday, January 2nd Preparation for Departure

Today’s activities will be based on flight times.
Must be at Airport 3 hours prior to departure.
The above mentioned itinerary with air is USD $3,600.00 per person double occupancy.
Single Traveler is USD $3,800.00

Travel authorized by license through the Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) that authorizes registered guests of our programs to legally travel to Cuba to participate and engage in a full time schedule of authorized exchange activities in Cuba, which will involve meaningful interaction between travelers and people in Cuba.
Deposit
A deposit of $700 per person is required to guarantee your reservation, which will be applied towards the cost of your tour. Deposits are generally non-refundable, except in rare cases when we cannot confirm all components of a booking at the purchase price.
Final Payment
Any pending balance must be paid in full at least 90 days prior to departure. If your booking falls within 30 days of departure, payment in full is expected at the time of booking. For those who wish, a payment plan can be established: One month after the deposit is paid, the remaining balance will be divided by the amount of months remaining in order to have the balance paid 30 days prior to departure.
