This is a new area we are creating with recipes from our YCT - Your Cuba Travel - team members that you can prepare at home while thinking of wonderful experiences in Cuba in the past and future!
We will try to focus currently on recipes that are easy to make with general ingredients, but will expand into more exotic choices as the world begins to reopen. We hope to take you on a virtual journey through Cuban culture and flavor with an emphasis on its traditional cuisine and special twists added by our team. We will include photos of many of the recipes, some background information about the people who present them and their personal histories with the dishes. Stay tuned for the specialties you’ve come to love and some new ideas that will hopefully become some of your favorites!
